    1. I grew up reading mysteries, especially the classics like the Sherlock Holmes stories and Hercule Poirot. I've also watched a lot of the mystery movies, especially from the 1940's and 50's but also some of the newer ones. I love the way that Robert J. Roy blends the 'film noir' feel of those classic mystery movies into modern, believable stories. It's getting increasingly difficult to find a new, truly unique mystery detective or private eye, but I found one when Bob introduced me to Mark Harrow [...]
